Interview Process
After submitting their resume, candidates will be contacted to arrange an initial phone interview with our recruiting team. While no formal application is needed, please ensure your resume is current. Following the phone interview, further interviews with the hiring manager of the respective department will be scheduled for those under consideration.
Background Check
After extending an offer of employment, a background check will be conducted as part of our standard procedure. This includes verification through a reputable service provider. This process is mandatory for all employees, particularly to meet DPSST requirements for security personnel such as guards and dispatchers.
Additionally, we perform a driving history check for new hires whose roles involve driving as an essential job function, such as patrol officers, flex onsite officers, and specific administrative staff. This check is also conducted post-offer.
Drug Test
We conduct drug screens post-offer. Our drug screens consist of a 5-panel urinary analysis. Additionally, we conduct random saliva tests company-wide, averaging 5 tests per month. First Response, Inc. is a drug-free company.
